Warranty Disclaimer

All *Original Light Grip products come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.

Claim Requirements

Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
- Claims for missing products must be made within 20 days of purchase.
- Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
- Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, we must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.

Warranty Limitations

Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon CA, Amazon.com Services).
- Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, or accidents.
- Water damage or misuse-related defects.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the order date, provided the item is brand new and in its original package.

- All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cases NOT covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

- For orders delivered to freight forwarding services, we are not responsible for any package lost in transit from the courier service point to the final physical address, and no refunds will be issued.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain the return address. After submitting your return request, please ensure the product is shipped within 10 business days. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund amount will appear in your account within 3–5 business days. For both refunds and replacements, the item must be received at our warehouse before processing.
